How do I choose the right size?
Choose the child’s usual age range and check our baby and children’s clothing size guide. If the child is between sizes, the guide will help you compare the available options before ordering.
Can I filter products by size, colour and gender?
Yes. On shop and product category pages, use the product filters to narrow the range by size, colour and gender, then select Show products to see matching items.
Can I check out as a guest?
Yes. You can complete an order without creating an account. Enter your delivery and payment details at checkout and leave the account-creation option unticked.
Which payment methods do you accept?
You can pay securely by supported debit or credit card and PayPal. The payment methods available for your order are shown at checkout.
How much is UK delivery?
UK delivery is free when your order qualifies for the current free-delivery threshold shown on the website. Other delivery options and charges are displayed at checkout. See our delivery information for full details.
When will my order be dispatched?

Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact us as soon as possible using the contact form. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered fulfilment or has been dispatched.
What is your returns policy?
If something is not quite right, review our returns information for the current eligibility, condition and timescale requirements. Keep your order details and return items unworn and in their original condition unless the item is faulty.
Are Snuglo clothes designed in England?
Yes. Snuglo is a British babywear brand, with original personality-led designs created in England. The brand has been making little personalities stand out since 1999.
What materials and care instructions apply?
Materials and care can vary by product, so always follow the information on the individual product page and the garment label. Wash similar colours together and follow the stated temperature and drying instructions.
Are the website colours exact?
We take care to show products accurately, but screens display colour differently. Small variations can occur between the on-screen image and the physical fabric.
