SHOPPING WITH SNUGLO
Terms and Conditions
The important information that applies when you browse Snuglo or place an order through our online shop.
Last updated: 17 August 2026
These terms apply when you use this website or order products from Snuglo. Please read them before placing an order. Nothing in these terms limits the statutory rights available to UK consumers.
1. About Snuglo
This website is operated by Snuglo Ltd, company number 09601266, whose registered office is 317 Amersham Road, Hazlemere, Bucks, HP15 7PX, United Kingdom.
Contact us through the Snuglo contact form. Please include your order number when contacting us about a purchase.
2. Who may place an order
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. You are responsible for ensuring the billing, delivery and contact information supplied is complete and accurate.
3. Products, images and sizing
We make reasonable efforts to describe and photograph products accurately. Colours can vary between screens and production batches. Measurements and age ranges are guides; please use the Snuglo size guide before ordering.
Product packaging may vary from images shown. Minor variations that do not materially affect quality or use will not make a product defective.
4. Availability
Products and variations are subject to availability. Adding an item to the basket does not reserve it. If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will contact you and refund the affected amount.
5. Orders and the contract
Submitting an order is an offer to buy. An automated order acknowledgement confirms receipt but does not necessarily confirm acceptance. The contract is formed when we confirm dispatch, unless we have expressly accepted it earlier.
We may decline or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, payment is not authorised, information appears incorrect, fraud is suspected, a pricing error is obvious, or delivery restrictions apply. If payment has been taken for a cancelled order, it will be refunded.
6. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges are shown before the order is submitted. You are responsible for any import duties or local charges applying outside the United Kingdom.
Payment is taken through the methods offered at checkout. Payment providers may perform security and authorisation checks. We may correct an obvious pricing or description error before accepting an order and will give you the option to proceed at the corrected price or cancel.
7. Discount codes and promotions
Promotions apply only for their stated period and conditions. Unless stated otherwise, codes cannot be exchanged for cash, used retrospectively or combined. We may withdraw a promotion where it has been misused or published in error.
8. Delivery
Available services, charges and estimated timings are shown on the delivery page and at checkout. Times are estimates unless we expressly agree a guaranteed date. Please check the delivery address carefully.
If delivery is delayed by an event outside our reasonable control, we will take reasonable steps to minimise the effect and contact you where appropriate. Your legal rights concerning significant delay remain unaffected.
9. Ownership and risk
Risk passes to you when the order is delivered to you or a person you nominate. Ownership passes when we receive payment in full.
10. Cancelling an online order
UK consumers normally have 14 days from delivery to tell us they wish to cancel an eligible online purchase, followed by a further 14 days to return it. Contact us before returning an item so we can provide the correct instructions.
The statutory cancellation right may not apply to personalised or made-to-order products, sealed goods unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed, or other legally excluded items. This does not affect rights where goods are faulty or not as described.
11. Returns and refunds
Our returns page explains our current returns process and any goodwill period offered in addition to statutory rights. Unless the item is faulty, not as described, or we agree otherwise, you are responsible for returning it safely and for the return cost.
Returned products must be handled only as necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and fit. We may make a lawful deduction where handling has reduced the value. Refunds are made to the original payment method, including standard outbound delivery where legally required.
12. Faulty or incorrectly supplied products
If a product is faulty, damaged, not as described or incorrectly supplied, contact us promptly with your order number and relevant photographs. UK consumers have remedies under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. We will provide an appropriate repair, replacement, price reduction or refund where legally required.
13. Website accounts
Guest checkout is available. If you create an account, you must keep login details confidential and tell us promptly if you believe the account has been accessed without permission. We may suspend an account to protect customers or the website.
14. Website use and intellectual property
The Snuglo name, logos, product designs, photographs, text and website materials are owned by or licensed to Snuglo Ltd and are protected by intellectual property law. They may not be copied, republished, sold or commercially exploited without written permission.
You must not interfere with the website, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, scrape it unreasonably or use it for unlawful activity.
15. Liability
We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or breach of statutory consumer rights.
We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, for business loss arising from a consumer purchase, or for failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, except where the law says otherwise.
16. Personal information
We process personal information as described in our Privacy and Cookies Policy.
17. Changes to these terms
The terms applying to an order are those available when it is placed. We may update these terms for future orders to reflect changes to our service, technology or law.
18. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Consumers resident elsewhere in the UK retain any mandatory protections and may bring proceedings in the courts available under applicable consumer law.
