UK delivery options

Choose the service that suits you at checkout:

• Free UK delivery: 3–5 working days on qualifying orders of £30 or more.
• Second Class: £2.50, normally 3–5 working days.
• First Class: £3.95, normally 1–3 working days.
• Signed First Class: £4.95, normally 1–2 working days.

Delivery timings are estimates and begin when the order is dispatched. Working days exclude weekends and public holidays.

International delivery

• Europe: £7.95, normally 5–7 working days after dispatch.
• Rest of world: £9.95, normally 7–10 working days after dispatch.

International deliveries can be delayed by customs. The recipient is responsible for any local import duty, tax or handling charge.

Dispatch and busy periods

We prepare orders as promptly as possible. Orders placed at weekends, on public holidays or during especially busy promotional periods may take longer to dispatch. The service selected at checkout does not guarantee same-day dispatch.

Delivery addresses

Please check the delivery address carefully before submitting your order. If you spot an error, use our contact form immediately and include your order number. We cannot guarantee an address can be changed once fulfilment has started.

Missing or delayed orders

If an order has not arrived within the expected period, contact us with your order number and delivery postcode. We will check the available tracking or delivery information and explain the next step.
