Packaging
All orders come wrapped in tissue paper and for protection will arrive in a cool gift box protected by mail bag. Sale items unless purchased with non-sale items do not come in a gift box. They will come packaged in tissue paper and cellophane in a protective mail bag. If you do purchase sale items only but would like them to come gift wrapped in one of our boxes then you will have the option to purchase this gift wrap for £1.95 at the end of your order.
Gift boxes
Snuglo makes a great original gift idea and for that added personal touch you can add a gift message at no extra cost. Simply fill out what you wish to be written at the check out process and we will hand write it onto a cute snuglo card. You can either make up your own gift box as all orders come wrapped in tissue paper and in a gift box as standard. Or if you have difficulty choosing or are in a hurry and want to save some money too, then chose one of our pre selected gift boxes filled with some of our best selling designs. Sale Items
All sale items are of the same high quality as all snuglo products but are end of lines we wish to clear. Sale items unless purchased with non-sale items do not come in a gift box. They will come packaged in tissue paper and cellophane in a protective mail bag.
Out of stock items
Normally we maintain at least 90% stock availability, but occasionally we experience short delays in restocking items. If we sell out of an item or size we will temporarily remove it from the website. Please contact our customer service team by e-mail at info@snuglo.com or telephone us on +44 (0) 20 74287777 to find out when it will be back in stock. By manufacturing locally we can respond faster to market demand and it should hopefully only take a few days.
Delivery
Orders placed before 2:00pm Monday-Friday will be despatched the same day. Orders placed after this time will be despatched the next working day. All orders are despatched by Royal Mail 1st class Delivery.

Changing or cancelling an order
Please contact us as soon as possible. An order cannot be changed or cancelled once it has been despatched.
Returns and Exchanges
We hope you love your snuglo products but if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied we are happy to provide an exchange or refund. Delivery charges are non refundable. Please return the item/items with proof of purchase (eg. your snuglo receipt or your unique snuglo order number) within 28 days of receiving them. Returns must be unused and in a resaleable condition with the snuglo swing ticket still attatched. Returns must be sent back by Recorded Delivery as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit. Please send the returned goods to:

How to order
The easiest way to place an order is on our website. Browse our online store anytime of day or night from anywhere in the world and add the items you would like to order to your shopping basket. When you have completed your order, simply click checkout to check your order and provide the necessary payment and delivery details. You can pay for your goods online using a credit or debit card on our secure payment system operated by Realex. Snuglo products
All snuglo products are made in the UK to the highest standard of manufacturing, fabric quality and design while supporting fair labour practises and local manufacture. All snuglo garments are made of the highest quality 100% cotton. Snuglo garments are machine washable at 40 degrees celsius, however we do not reccomend tumble drying. Iron on reverse. We have tried to ensure that the colours on the website are an accurate reflection of the actual colours of our clothing. However due to difference in colour palettes between the web enviroment and clothing dyes, we cannot guarantee a precise colour match. Snuglo garments are designed for 0-8 years inclusively.
