Returns and Exchanges
We hope you love your snuglo products but if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied we are happy to provide an exchange or refund. Delivery charges are non refundable. Goods are returned to snuglo at your own expense, however we will send your exchange back out to you by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery at no extra cost. Please return the item/items with proof of purchase (eg. your snuglo receipt or your unique snuglo order number) within 28 days of receiving them. Please be aware that we are unable to refund an item without a snuglo receipt or order number and that the refund can only be given to the original payer. Returns must be unused and in a resaleable condition with the snuglo swing ticket still attatched. Returns must be sent back by Recorded Delivery as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit. Please send the returned goods to:
